Fear is a choice

When we give room to fear;
when we speak it,
when we let it slide it's tongue around our ear,
when we indulge in it, claim it for truth,
replace our confidence, joy and love with it,
eventually we will become what we are afraid we will become.

If we are condemned, it is always because we condemned ourselves.
